Profile photo keeps disappearing

My profile photo keeps either changing to a previously deleted one or disappearing altogether. Every time I log in, I have to update my photo again, then when I log in next time it has changed again. I also cannot login with iPhone app at all now although I can log into my partners account from same phone. Posts keep disappearing aswell, has anyone had the same issues?

What browser are you currently using? Does it have cookies enabled? Do you use CCleaner or any software that could be deleting your cookies everytime you reboot your PC/browser?

This is happening in Firefox 3.6.11 an IE 8. It is happening on at least 3 different machines so it is definitely not a cookie issue. Im not running any software that could be deleting cookies. All other facebook accounts are fine using the same machines, it seems to be a an issue specifically with the cahing on my particular FB account. At one point I kept re adding my profile photo and it ended up showing 16 times in my album along with other photos that I had deleted ages ago.

Have you recently uploaded any videos or used any new application?

No new videos and Ive deleted all applications.

Yes, the issue has been ongoing for nearly a month now. The profile photo is still disappearing but if I log out and back in its back again.

Do you get any error messages when you try to login with the app?

Hi, no error message is received, it just kicks me out to the login page again although the App issue seems to have resolved itself now.

I apologize for asking the same question, but since there has been no additional posts is it working now?
