My account is been locked.

I'm having the same problem.
An old friend of mine was trying to hack my facebook account by entering random passwords. Now i can't login because it is locked.
I've been sending mails to facebook. But till now i don't any replies.
Please help. I really need my facebook account back.

Of interest, can you still send and receive emails using the Email address you have associated with Facebook?

I've been sending mail to the User Operations Team but till now i don't get any replies.

I get this message whenever i try to login.

I click continue, i enter the captcha code and after that i get this message:

"Your Account is Locked Temporarily
In order to regain access to your account, please contact our User Operations team."

What if any is the Protection on that computer and when was it all last updated and full scans run with it ?

When someone searches for you on Facebook how do they do it? And can they find you ?

My friends can view my profile but can not post on my wall. They can only see the "info" page.

Friends type my name in search and they find me.

What about the two scans you were asked to run...??

Can you ask your friends to try to find you by the email address that was associated with that account please ?

Yes, they can find me through my email address.

Do you access that account on its Server or do you use an EMail Client?

Yes they find me trough search method.. They can only view my info page..

I do no have any access to my facebook account because it is locked.. I can't log in my facebook account using my email or username...

I use hotmail.com..

My question is; can you send and receive emails using the email address you have associated with Facebook ? Can you send and get back an email if you send it to yourself for instance?

No i can't receive mails that are sent to me in facebook using my email address..
