Adding Photos to Profile

I'm new to all this. In my profile I have listed some books that are favorites. Each title is preceded by the little blue box with the white circles connected by white lines. Can't I replace that icon with a photo of my choosing? For example, one of my favorites is Texasville by Larry McMurtry. I'd like to replace the little blue box with a picture of the Texasville book cover. Can I do this? If so, how? Thank you.

Each of those books are represented by an Official Page. If you click the book's title, you'll be taken to that page. That picture can only be changed by the person who created that page... and you can't find out who exactly.

Therefore, I'm afraid what you're trying to do isn't that easy. Possible? Sure, but it could take a looooong time for you to create the page, get admin rights, and then administer it. If that even happens...
