Cannot Edit About in Basic Info of Facebook Fan Page

Hello -

I am desperately looking for answers to this question: How does one add spaces between the lines of text in the About field (in the Basic Info) of a Facebook Fan Page?

I would like it to look like this: [img][You must be registered and logged in to see this link.][/img]

Rather than like this:
[img][You must be registered and logged in to see this link.][/img]

As you can see simple HTML isn't working...can anyone help?
