Can't create a facebook groups

Hi
I must be stupied but I can't create a group like this one [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
I like to create global group with category, Common Interest - something .... like the link, but the only thing i can create is pages for fan och companies and groups for my friends by click on the link "create group" on left side.
Can someone explain if i do something wrong or if this is the new way to create groups

That Group uses the old layout, which is no longer available. The only way you can get it is asking an admin of one of these kinds of groups for it, heavily edit it and make it look yours.

I meen if I create a group and type in a name, set some members and privacy to "open". Can anyone see that group or is it only for friends to se and invited person?

Your English is fine.
If the group is set to "Open", everyone will be able to see it an join it, indeed.

I have now created the group !
But there was a empty dialog that says "Who is in your group?" and a OK button in step 2 when I create the group.

The group is not avalible when someone search for my group, is there any index update that had to be done first or?

In case you want to create a public place, similar to the old Groups, I suggest [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] instead. New groups are most for "personal" and "hidden" things.
