Unable to Access Upgraded Page Business Profile (Page Not Found)

During the Tour of the New Upgraded Page I started working on my New Business Profile. I added myself as Page owner. The following day I could no longer access my profile, and if I click on Page Owner Link I receive:
The page you requested was not found

I have submitted several reports to Facebook with never hearing back from them (other than the automated mail response). I do not have a Personal Profile just a Business Page, and when I upgraded my Page I captured screen images of the process (for training purposes). My picture is visible as Page Owner but I cannot access the profile.

I cannot interact with other pages either.

You say you don't have a Personal Profile, but at the same time, you 'added yourself as Page Owner'... how?

Well, during the transition to the upgraded Page, It gave me the opportunity to complete a New Profile (So I could Interact with Other Business Pages). I uploaded a picture and filled out some of the profile (l ran out of time to complete the profile so I thought I would access later).

Below is the Page Owner (no ACCOUNT on TAB either) and when you click it goes nowhere or "Page Not Found".

So what ever the upgraded Page was providing for a Profile, I added as a Page Owner cannot be accessed and I cannot interact with other Pages as advertised (no way to switch). My photo is stored in some sort of profile but I can't access it or switch modes to interact with other businesses.
