and I added an admin to the page
someone of these admin was hacked and the hacker removed me (the page creator) from the admin list
I loss the control to my page
how to get it back ?

I'm afraid that if you added someone as admin, and this person later removed your admin rights, Facebook will do nothing (from experience). The only thing you can do, unfortunately, is start over.

exactly thats what happned with me

but I think a great application like facebook must solve this problem, if not I think its a weak application
the page creator is the owner must have the access power to the page

Currently, none of us work for facebook so we do not have any more access to the site than you do

As I said (from experience, because I've been in the same situation you have twice), Facebook will not give your admin rights back. The only way to get them back is having the person who took over your page to add you back as the admin.

I really wished we could "look deeper", but I'm afraid that's how deep it gets. Unless whoever took over your page changes his mind, you will no longer be able to administer it. Sorry.
