since we have a few admins, and we don't remember blocking a person, how to unblock and let her koin the group again?

Hello,

To unblock someone from a group, click the 'Edit Group' link on your group page. Next click 'Members' on the left, then choose 'View Banned'.

The page that appears is your banned list and you should be able to remove banned members as needed.
