Cannot successfully upload video to Facebook Empty Cannot successfully upload video to Facebook

I am trying to upload a 625MB 1920x1080 .mp4 video to Facebook, roughly 4 minutes long, but the progress consistently freezes at one point or another. On my first attempt the upload 'froze' at 500MB uploaded, and the following two times the uploads froze at 100-200 MB uploaded. I waited for the 'remaining wait time' to pass even when the bar appeared to freeze, but the upload never succeeded. What's wrong?
