SSL ERROR

When i type [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
i get, Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
ADDITIONAL SUGGESTIONS:
* Access a CACHED COPY of [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
*Search on Google:
[WHEN I SEARCH AT GOOGLE ITS SAME SITUATION, AND SOMETIME I GOT SSL ERROR]
Please Help Me... ;(

after i clearing my cookies and cache i type at my browse
and same situation again

i got SSL ERROR

THIS MAY MEAN THAT THE SERVER HAS GENERATED ITS OWN SECURITY CREDENTIALS, WHICH GOOGLE CHROME CANNOT RELY ON FOR IDENTITY INFORMATION , OR AN ATTACKER MAY BE TRYING TO INTERCEPT YOUR COMMUNICATIONS. YOU SHOULD NOT PROCEED, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS WARNING BEFORE FOR THIS SITE.
