friends can't see photos I'm tagged in. Empty friends can't see photos I'm tagged in.

So I'm tagged in a bunch of photos from friend A but friend B can't see me in it. They both aren't friends. The funny thing is.. On some albums that I'm tagged in from friend A, everyone including friend B can see me. It appears that everyone photo I've been tagged in the past year by friend A, no one can see unless they're friends with friend A? Is there a way to change so everyone in my friends can see ALL my tagged photos?
