Scam or not? What's on your mind.

Am I being paranoid or should I Do as they ask?
Here is a sample of something happening on my home and profile page. Once logged on, my page fades and this pops up.
The only way to not see it is to go back one page onto someone else's wall.
There are 2 boxes The first does not have a URL but the second does. I have slightly changed the URL so you may see it as that.

I've never seen this...weird.

I since discovered it is Facebook's new privacy changes. Boy o` Boy they certainly can make it seem like a scam after falling for the genuine ones. Here are some link if you have not already seen it.
