Trouble tagging my photos

Im having trouble tagging my photos.I click on tag photo and it doesnt let you tag it and jumps to the next photo and this is so annoying.
Cant find the answers on my fb account no matter how i try and look at the help centre whats going on and how do i cure it please

..you have cleaned cookies and cache already?
..what broswer and version do you use?
