Disconnection Clause: You can't turn off your DS or move away from signal range to end a battle. People can have weak routers so don't always fight with the people if he/she disconnected.

Battlers must, if there is a com. error, both go back into battle with the remaining Pokes and they can't change items. So if it was 4-2, you enter the battle with only 4 Pokes instead of 6.

Example:
The battle is in the middle. The score is currently 4-3 and it's Infernape vs Salamence. You're waiting for your opponent to make a move and you get a com. error. Now you have to deposit the two Pokes you had that were fainted and you must lead with Infernape.

Evasion Clause: A battler cannot use moves that raise evasiveness. Items that raise evasiveness are still allowed. Avoid the use of Acupressure, it has 1/7 chance to double your evasion.

Hax Item Clause: Brightpowder, Focus Band, King's Rock, Lax Incense, Quick Claw, Razor Claw, Razor Fang and Scope Lens do not belong in a competitive atmosphere, as they are luck-based and don't reflect player ability.

Kamikaze Clause: In the event that both parties are down to their last Pokemon, moves that knock out the user (such as Self-Destruct, Explosion, Perish Song, or Destiny Bond) are forbidden. Trainers will be disqualified upon the usage of such moves ONLY under the mentioned situation.

Exceptions:
Moves or Items that cause recoil are allowed. If both teams are knocked out, the result is a draw. If both parties are knocked out due to weather effects, the match also results in a draw.

No Duplicate Clause: A battler may not have the same Pokémon in their party.

No Hacked Pokémon Clause: A battler is not allowed to use any illegally obtained Pokémon. Using hacked Pokémon parents to breed is also unacceptable.

One Hit Knock Out (OHKO) Clause: Moves that are designed to knock out the opponent in one hit are forbidden. The known moves are Guillotine, Horn Drill, Fissure and Sheer Cold.

Sleep Clause: Your Pokemon cannot cause two or more of your opponent's Pokemon to sleep at the same time.

Note:
Yawn cannot be used to PseudoHaze (make opponent switch) when there's another Pokémon asleep caused by you. When the asleep Pokémon awakens or faints, you're free to make another Pokémon of his/her team asleep. Sleeping being caused by Effect Spore or Rest are disconsidered from Sleep Clause.

Übers Clause: Über Pokémon are overpowered Pokémon. Since these are "Standard Rules" you have to use the "Standard Pokémon".
