No confirmation code Empty No confirmation code

I forgot my password and when my hard drive crashed and I tried to reset but the confirmation code never arrives in my email,I recieve all other emails from facebook but not this one,I have tried contacting facebook help but again no responce??,I don't have and spam or trash folders so their not going there,and it is the same email I have always had with facebook??,any ideas how to fix this,I have been trying for over a month now,Thanks. :\'(

Please avoid double-posting in order to help maintain efficiency.

It's likely going to be much longer before the facebook team reaches your inquiry. Please be patient as they probably have a lot of requests and cannot attend to them all at once.

I have still not had a responce,maybe my email sever is blocking the emails on certain things?? it is dodo australia,I will contact them to see if thats it??

You have of course checked your E Mail server to see if the required message has gone to your Spam box?

I do not have a spam box that I know of?? I certainly can't find one,it is not turned on,but I will ring them today to see if it is anything at there end.

As far as I know every Email provider gives what is called a Spam or Junk Mail folder; it is found by logging into the Server on line then rummaging around to see what is on the Server ; I presume you have never logged into your Email server to see what it looks like?

I have checked,it is not turned on and was empty,I tried to use a yahoo mail account to try that but while I recieved emails from the help team instantly they could not send the confirmation code to that account,not shure what I can do now???

They would not say,because it was not the email on the account they just said the matter is closed.

Have you tried emailing them from the email address that is associated with your account?

Many times,I have just tried again,I get the please respond to this email,email,so I respond and thats the last I here???

I'ts now been 3 months and no joy,I don't have any spam or junk emails,I do all that is asked but the confirmation code never arrives and the help team will not respond to my requests,I get the first email saying that I have to respond to sender,I do but never hear back,why won't they reset my password???. :'(

So it's been 3 months since you responded to the sender?

Can you vertify to see if your profile still exists on facebook?

I can't get into facebook to check!!,I have been getting the odd notification,but when I try to make a new account Im told that that email address is already associoated with another account!! so I can't win there either??

Put another way; can someone log into Facebook and verify that your Profile still exists on Facebook ?
