Profile pictures Empty Profile pictures

Hi, this is my first post. I recently lost the profile pics in the top left corner of Facebook and found this forum in my search for assistance.

My profile picture is missing from my home page, and all profile pics on any other page I go to ... this has only happened recently ... not sure if I did anything to cause this, although can't think what it would be. Can anyone help? Thanks! Sad
