Notifications now displaying properly? Empty Notifications now displaying properly?

Are you also having this issue? It's happening to me even though I've tried a different browser. The most recent notification I get is placed at the bottom, and the oldest one is at the bottom. Why's that?

I just noticed this issue now. My notifications show the oldest first, but then a recent notification is on the bottom.
