Banned Follower Keeps Coming Back!

I manage a Facebook page, and as usual, I need to ban several problematic followers. Thing is, they somehow able to 'lift' their 'ban' and continue spamming the Page. As of now, I've set so follower cannot post anything at wall.

A friend of mine claim the 'ban' can be lifted via like-unlike, but that's all I know.

Terribly sorry then. My first thought is I was hacked, but it seems that it isn't so. So... any idea?

Once you properly ban a Facebook user from a Fan Page, he won't be even able to see the page. He'll be redirected to his homepage instead. So the 'Unlike' method couldn't work.

Are you sure he isn't creating multiple accounts? And how exactly did you try to ban him?

Tried every tricks on the Help Centre. Beside, is it possible to 'Ban' un-properly?

I'm fairly sure he doesn't create multiple accounts, since his old post also surface. Well, it is kinda fishy though. Sometimes all of his post suddenly gone, then resurface again (this is at the point I decided to let other followers makes him.. feel unwelcome, since I can't ban him), and sometimes the Wall Post 'recent post' got really low (Only post for the past one hour shown, though clicking 'Show Older Post' still shows it.)

Getting worse. A member, that were previously banned, doesn't have [X] at their name. And yes, he can post as well.

Wait.. 'follower', you say? Groups have followers, and Pages have fans/likers. Which kind of page are you talking about? Can we have the link to your page & the banned person's account?

For banned person, there are lots. But these are the most notorious:

Side note, the last time I checked their ban is lifted.

Alright, please call them 'likers' henceforth, to avoid confusions

Try to find any of their old posts, and click the "Flag" button. Then click the "Report as abusive" link, and after that select any report reason (Facebook doesn't really care about this) and be sure to tick the "Permanently ban this member and delete all the contest he has posted".

Again, I already done that. I can't even remember how many times. They still comes back, with all of their previous post become available again.

Okay.. now that's weird. They're either finding a secret way to get unbanned (which would be a bug) or Facebook isn't even banning them.

But before doing that, I suggest you create a dummy account, 'like' your page and then ban that account. Is it still able to see your page?

I can still able to see my page, but not posting anything.

So that's a privacy bug Facebook should fix. Has the content posted on the dummy account been deleted or not? That could be yet another bug.

Only thing I can suggest, since none of us here works for Facebook, is that you report the issue with the links I've provided in page nº1 of this topic. I'll also report it so that it gets noticed.
