I cant access my account because I deleted my phone number!

I really need help I dont want to lose my account......I had changed my privacy options, I added my phone number and everytime I logged into my account I used to get a code on my phone, but I deleted my phone number....and now Facebook is not recognizing my computer, and it's the one I always use....So I dont understand why facebook is not recognizing it, what can I do about this problem??
