Help me....About Account is Locked Temporarily Empty Help me....About Account is Locked Temporarily

My account is locked temporarily....
i think i reset password many time.
but when i have a new password i cant log in my facebook.
Facebook say: Your Account is Locked Temporarily
In order to continue with the account recovery process, please contact our User Operations team.
I don't want to lose my facebook..how can i do..show me please...thanks

Why did you need to 'reset' your Facebook Password?
