Feedback to members;the help that is welcome and why staff monitor the forum

Okay, I understand and I am trying to do my best at helping others, which I have done successfully on this forum!

I just feel like my work is being put down by moderators or admin!

I have deliberately split this post from a thread in the Hacked section

To all of you ; anyone is welcome to contribute to help in any thread if they think they have a suggestion/comment/ way forward to help with the problem

You also contribute on the understanding that your contribution will be monitored and checked by anyone else on this Board and it is the job of all Staff to ensure that all replies are suitable and to remove /correct those that are not ...

If you do not agree with this then you may wish to reconsider your membership of this forum?

How can we allow wrong/ incorrect etc guidance etc to be given ...we cannot !!!

Hense we 'Moderate' the forum ..

Please contribute in a helpful, constructive way where you can but do understand that Staff have a responsibility towards all of you to keep you safe and out of harms way

Please... let us 'do our job'

I would definitly like to add something to this topic, which I think it is very important or maybe not, we would see.

But it is kinda annoying when "newbies" come on the forum and pretend to be the admin or the moderator but some of them never get banned or have some conquences. I just noticed that too. (just saying). No offense to you James, I think your doing a great job helping people out! I think you could be the next moderator on this forum when they need more!

I think this may be because they 'think they know it all' or how things function or they have all the answers?

No one does which is why staff are here to help all of you to get it right !!

If anyone has 'concerns' about a Member you can always press the Report Tab on a post to tell Staff of your concerns

No offense to you James, I think your doing a great job helping people out! I think you could be the next moderator on this forum when they need more

Thia is a mater for Staff to deal with if the time comes again and ' Admission to Staff ' is not easy or a 'walk over' so please all of you help the Staff to help all of you by keeping the Board clear of spam and junk ..Press the Report Tab and leave that then to Staff to deal with !!

Yeah, That's right....Moderator/admin seems always little bit overdoing . Delete the conversation without Prior warning

I would suggest you not use the color because it is only for staff.

Ah yes, sorry for that, i just read the rule.....the rules are too long. Maybe you can disable it if its only for staffs
