Trolls spamming/banning our posts - HELP

Hello,
The science page I administrate is being attacked by people with opposing view, lots of posts are being reported as spam which I can recover from hidden posts, but now friends of the site who have had their posts hidden have been banned from posting by FB for 14 days. 1. Is there any way to identify who is spamming our posts and ban them, 2. Is there any way to get FB to un-ban a user who has done nothing wrong?
