Account locked - cant recover Empty Account locked - cant recover

my account was locked a few days ago someone guessed my security question . now every time i log in it say account locked and takes me to the prove identity page .
i have uploaded my ID issued by government multiple times so far i even tried to use another email to and filled the security question with it and waited the 24 hours lock but still takes me to the same page .
so any idea what should i do now? how long does it take facebook to respond so far i got nothing .
And how can i solve this Thanks in advance .
