Can't send private message?

I wanted to send a private message to Ruby, but I can't seem to send one. I'm taken to a page that says, "You haven't reached the post limit for sending private messages." Do I have to have a certain number of posts to the facebook forums before I can send private messages? It's odd because I've sent them before.

We have added a new limit on how many posts you need in order to send a PM.

Try now and it should work.

I have 'picked up' on this point of how you can comunicate with Staff about threads and have suggested a solution which, if approved by fellow staff , will, I think resolve this problem for all of you
