Account Disabled

Hey what's up? It says the account has been disabled bc it was in a high school network or something similiar. Is there anyway to reactivate the account? Not even sure how it was in that network or what that means, but I know there is a safety feature involved? Any feedback would be a great help!

A question might be...due to your present age and the Network you were using , are you still entiled to use that Network as it is posible that that 'entitlement' has ceased as you are no longer on that Campus or their Student .......
