How do you create a long photo on a facebook fan page?

Does anyone know how to create a long photo for a facebook fan page. It looks like this: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] It looks so much better with a big branded image. Any advice would be awesome! Thanks.

Facebook pictures, whether they are Profile or Fan Pages photos have a limited width, which is 200px. However, they don't have a height limit; therefore, to add a big picture like that one, you need to provide a picture that's large in height but that doesn't exceed 200 px. in width.
