hi all

is it possible to transfer a fanpage into another account.

an employee of a company has set up a company fanpage within his own private profile.
but now, we want to move this fanpage into the companies profile???

is this possible?

To appoint other users as Page Admins, you can take the following steps:

1. Select the "Edit Page" option when you are viewing the Page you currently administer.
2. Scroll down to the list of current admins on the bottom right column and click "Add."
3. Choose the names of any people from your Friend List that you would like to add as Admins. If the individual you wish to invite to admin your Page is not presently a member of Facebook, simply type their email address in the "Add Admins via Email" field. They can then register for the site and will be able to accept the admin request as soon as they join Facebook.
4. Click the "Add Admins" button.

The friends you select will be able to help you manage your Page. Every Admin can manage the Page from their own Facebook account using the Page Manager application.

so if' si understood correct, it's possible to ad a new admin and to delete the admin, who originally opend/created the site.

Yes, you are correct; Facebook now allows the creator of the fan page to be removed as the admin.

Each fanpage is linked to (a) user account(s), ie. they are managed through a personal profile.
