Hi,
This is to inform that still i can't access my account. This is my account and as i said earlier ,i was on a holiday to jaipur(India) and logged in from a cyber cafe there.There is no hacking or phishing of my account.So sort the roadblocks that i am encountering during the access of my account.I have already answered all the security queries succesfully.

Please keep in mind that:

1. We're not affiliated or owned by Facebook in any way.
2. None of the Facebook Forum Team members or regular member work for Facebook.
3. While we can provide unofficial support, we cannot enable/un-roadblock your accounts, fix Facebook general bugs, change layouts back to previous ones or anything that involves working for the company.

So sort the roadblocks that i am encountering during the access of my account.I have already answered all the security queries succesfully.

If so, why can't you access your account yet? What verification method have you 'succesfully' done?

i hv recognized friends from albums...reset password....confirmed my mobile number ..confirmed my password through the email..

they show a locater showing the place Jaipur with the map and actually it was me only ,who was on a holiday there and logged in from a cyber cafe and it's been more then 10-12 days that i am getting the same locater with the map .

Well, and why don't you just agree to the location where you logged in? There are 2 buttons, as far as I remember: 'I recognize this location' and 'I don't recognize this location'.

If you don't have those options, what do you see?

yes there is one that says i don't recognize and the other shows ..It's okay...i click on it's okay coz it i was me only there ....but nothing happens

That could be a Facebook bug, you should report it [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]. Wink

(In case you have already tried both browsers, as you ensure, and hopefully a different PC).

Moved from Other to Hacked and Disabled accounts;

You logged into Facebook from a completley different location to normal? Facebook does not like that so now you must prove to them who you are from the Computer you normally use for Facebook ...

What Security questions did they ask you from that different location?

When you checked your email address that is associated with Facebook did you get an email telling you your account had been accessed from a location not normal and asking you if this was OK?
