When I said about trademark, I mean it about this: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]The Listener wrote:How could I not love a fellow Argentinean bud. Welcome!

I'm not sure what you mean by a trademark, since we don't use any here... all info we take from Facebook are graphics, and they've all been allowed by a Facebook employee. You can PM what you mean in Spanish.
Can I use Facebook in my business name or domain name?
No. Use of the Facebook trademark or something confusingly similar in your company name or domain name, even in connection with goods/services that are arguably unrelated to those offered by Facebook, can both create consumer confusion as well as dilute the distinctiveness of the Facebook brand and weaken Facebook’s trademark rights. It is also a violation of our Statement of Rights and Responsibilities.
Can I combine Facebook’s trademarks or logos with new terms or artwork to create my own marks and logos?
No. Mutilating Facebook’s logos or trademarks in order to create new, derivative marks can harm Facebook’s trademark rights. We cannot allow such modifications to our marks under any circumstances.

Hi Aspen, how do u do?
I didn't understand that.
Anyway... we'd open a topic about this "brandpermission" link, wouldn't we??

I don't know what part of "You can PM what you mean in Spanish" was the one you didn't get, MasFB. I've splitted your posts into a new topic, next time don't go offtopic.
The link you provided is actually for Facebook Pages only. That's why you can't:
1. Use the word "Facebook" in your Page's name.
2. Use the word "Facebook" in your alias/username/short URL.
3. Use or modify Facebook's official logo to use it as your page's profile picture.
If you're talking about an external site here, there's nothing to worry. We use "Facebook" on our domain name and on our name, and we're allowed to do so. I believe you're also allowed to do it.

Re: Facebook Domain Brandpermissions
LOL, I wasn't trying to reprehend you, but remind you of something I've mentioned. My inbox is always open to everybody that has questions (as long as they're not Facebook ones ).
Your page can have "FB" or "FBook" or even "Facebook" followed by another word, without any backspaces. For instance, our page's name is "FacebookForum" and our short URL is "FbookForum". Facebook has never complained about it.
I believe you won't have any problems as long as you use Facebook's name for good. For instance, we provide unofficial help and a place where Facebookers can chat and advertise their pages; we don't provide Facebook hacks, money scams, or anything like that. If your page is trying to harm Facebook in any way, it will be removed. If it's good for them, it will stay there.
