Problem with "Report this person"

Hi., when I enter to the "Report this person" link, appears the report box and I selected:
Fake Profile and then in the combo-box: "Impersonating me or someone I know"
In the next text-area I put the friend profile link that are been impersonated.
Then clic on "Submit" but an error appears.

Where can we report this bug?

I've been uploaded here some images to view the secuence... and u can understand me better.
