Keep getting invites banned

Im trying to get farmville friends of of the Zenga forum but I keep getting banned?
I see section on here to invite friends also,but how can you add anyone if you get banned for trying?

Because Facebook keeps shuting down my invites.

Then you should have specified Facebook is blocking you from sending Friend Requests, and not whoever is in charge of the Zynga forum.

You can't add so many unknown people in short times... otherwise, Facebook will think you're a spammer and will automatically block your requests for 4 days. If that has happened to you, you need to wait 4 days in order to be able to send requests once again.

If you get a "This request can't be sent" message, it's because you don't have enough mutual friends with whoever you're tyring to add as friend. I suggest you message this person askin him/her to add you instead.
