you needs to have a payment procedure. as i am from Bangladesh, this is really hard for me. i manage one of my friends living in USA and he manage a paypal account for me. you can also use moneybooker for receiving payments. i have written a book with the details. i can send it to you, but right now, i am really busy. will be back later....
