What the? iframe app has changed Empty What the? iframe app has changed

Hi,
So I was working away today creating iFrame tabs apps for a few pages I am working on, and everything was going fine, when suddenly there was a change. When creating the app I had the option to choose iFrames or FBML, that option is now gone. This should be fine because I was only making iFrame apps anyway. BUT the new app I made now has this error
App Temporarily Unavailable
Parse errors:
FBML Error (line 21): illegal tag "body" under "fb:tab-position"
And I cannot fix it. All the previous apps are fine.
Any ideas?
