I know of apps for a 'user profile banner' BUT are there any apps a for Banner on a 'Like Page'?

Moved from Apps to Apps Support.

I'm afraid there's no, since the page photostream's photos are shuffled every time you refresh the page, making it impossible to get one banner that stays static.
