My Account is temporarily Locked

i try to regain access to my account it says In order to regain access to your account, please contact our User Operations team..

i give my whole name with my other e-mail with attached photo of my passport.

Help Me with this situation.

It says ill wait 24 hours to regain my account.

I waited like 3 days to regain my account.

You do not say what happened to get you locked out of access to Facebook ?

I was locked out of access to facebook because my jerk brother is trying to open my account on our personal computer.

also my account has been roadblocked because my jerk brother guessed my password. i try to change my password but my brother change it first rather than i do. then i use the facebook password reset. the code was sent to my mail. and next there is another mail that sent to me like on this format

It would appear that access to accounts on that computer is not as secure as it really needs to be...

You then got an email from Facebook about the Password change...but did brother also get access to that too and block it ( may one ask just how old the brother is and if he too has a Facebook account?? Is he supervised while on line?

First, Yes, I am waiting for facebook to let me back into my account.

Second, My brother didnt got access to the mail in roadblock issue.

Third, My brother is 15 years old

Fourth, He just changed the password he says then he log out immediately

So...someone who does not know how Facebook 'works' got access to your Facebook account...... but how? Is he not supervised while on line?

Do you not all have separate log in profiles for the computer ? Is it your computer or who owns it ?

May I suggest you do not even try to log into Facebook for maybe a week..then try to see if you can get back in?
