Password Change Empty last warning message

Post by debbie trisler Fri Jun 10, 2011 12:46 pm

I just received a message from face book security saying someone reported me toi face book saying I am doing things that is not allowed on face book. I have not done any of these things , I am being accused of.I started having many problems after my account was hacked and face book locked it , Zynga support team let me know they had caught the guy who did this and that the 5,528,000 poker chips he stole from me was being put back into my account. I finally got to regain my account, just a few days ago and now i am being told that they are going to disable it again. This is the 2nd security warning I have had from face book. the first one was received the same night my account was attack, saying I was doing things or saying ugly comments to other users. which was not true, but if I would promise to never do this again, then I could have my account back in 24 hours , It took almost 2 weeks to regain control of it after all this happened. now they are saying I have been doing these kind of things when I am on face book, 1. identity fraud on my account
2. use of excessive applications
. write content that is not fun (rough)
3. using images disturbs other users or offensive
It then read yr account will be disabled
suspension account, I don't even understand what these things are that this user is accusing my of. All I want is to have my account and to go play Texas holdem and Cityville with my friends. I just don't know what to do at this point. I feel like I am the victim here. I never had any problems at all with my face book account until a two weeks ago when I hacked . I am more than willing to help in any way I can to solve this issue. I am completely heart broken by this and totally confused too. I am playing one of my game on face book day and night. I would be just lost if it were taken from me. I was very much torn up over this same type of ordeal that happened to me when he attacked my account. I did nothing wrong then and I have not this time either, Please help me fix this problem . Thank you DebbieTrisler

Taken from Malwarebytes web site
‘Support for Windows 2000, XP, Vista, and 7 (32-bit and 64-bit)’.

Please download [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] and save it to your desktop.
MBAM may "make changes to your registry" as part of its disinfection routine. If using other security programs that detect registry changes , they may interfere or alert you.

  • Make sure you are connected to the Internet to be able to install and update the program

(NB once the program has updated please disconnect from the Internet and run the scan while off- line )

  • Double-click on mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

  • When the installation begins, follow the prompts and do not make any changes to default settings.
  • When installation has finished, make sure you leave both of these checked:

    • Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
    • Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

  • Then click Finish.
MBAM will automatically start and you will be asked to update the program before performing a scan.

  • If an update is found, the program will automatically update itself. Press the OK button to close that box and continue.
On the Scanner tab:

  • Make sure the "Perform Quick Scan" option is selected.
  • Then click on the Scan button.
  • If asked to select the drives to scan, leave all the drives selected and click on the Start Scan button.
  • The scan will begin and "Scan in progress" will show at the top. It may take some time to complete so please be patient.
  • When the scan is finished, a message box will say "The scan completed successfully. Click 'Show Results' to display all objects found".
  • Click OK to close the message box and continue with the removal process.
Back at the main Scanner screen:

  • Click on the Show Results button to see a list of any malware that was found.
  • Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  • When removal is completed, a log report will open in Notepad.
  • The log is automatically saved and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  • Copy and paste the contents of that report in your next reply. Be sure to post the complete log to include the top portion which shows MBAM's database version and your operating system.
  • Exit MBAM when done.
Note: If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be asked to reboot your computer so MBAM can proceed with the disinfection process. If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately. Failure to reboot normally (not into safe mode) will prevent MBAM from removing all the malware.

Post by debbie trisler Thu Jun 16, 2011 3:55 am

After my 1st issue about getting that fake message Last Warning, Thanks to you all we found out that it was just something else my hacker thew my way. I don't know what to do about this person,He just will not stop at anything, Since my first post here, I have had to go and re log in on my face book account every 5-10 minutes everyday . I am on face book pretty much all the time time playing Cityville or poker. each time it will take me out of what I am doing and I find I am at face books log in page. But every single time I type in my new just created password It says wrong password!! I know good and well it is not wrong. because I had to create a new one earlier yester da, morning because of him ( My Hacker) after he hacked into my Hotmail account , And added him self to my e-mail box! I don't know what to do at this point to make him stop and leave me alone. when I try and try typing my password in to relog in, I get redirected to the reset or change your password page, That is where It told me that my face book password had been changed at 12:46 pm yesterday, I did not change it. He had tried to into my account agin and whenm he couldn't get around thee security this time , I guess he was going to change it again. the resetting password box showed my profile picture and then where my e-mail address would normally be, it just showed this d....... ..... .... hot.mail .com? I have never seen anything like that before can any one help me please. Nothing ever happened like this since I first got my face book account in 2009. until this guy hacked into my account on may 31st and stole my poker chips. My internet security alerts me at least 20 times or so a day that an unauthorized intruder has tried to gain entry into my computer by an access remote. Each time he tries he gets blocked out again. but that doesn't even stop him. He just won't give up. Please Help me!!! How can I make him leave me alone? Thanlk--ou for all your help, sincerly Debbie Trisler

What scan is it? Do I need to do this? I am so scared to do anything anymore because I don't know what they might try to do to me next. I am so so upset over all this, I feel unsafe. He has invaded my privacy, and Ive' found no sign of him stopping all this anytime soon.
