I believe I disabled all of those optional notifications, but apparently I am wrong. What do I need to disable?

Your group email notifications need to be directly controlled from the respective group only.

You will see an "Edit settings" button on the upper right corner of the group.

click and uncheck the box next to "email notifications"

I believe you won't receive any further emails after this. Happy

P.S.: you need to follow this procedure for each of the groups you are a member of Sad
