Thumbnail Logo in menu bar

Hey guys,

How does one upload their logo as a thumbnail in pages in the left side panel menu. See the way bacardi have their logo here [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Any help would be much appreciated.

You mean those little icons?

Those are custom tabs icons. They can only be added if you create an iFrame-based custom tab for your page, through a Facebook Application, and then add it to your page.
