Critical Error Empty Critical Error

Post by DavidUK Sun Jul 31, 2011 1:57 pm

Firstly, as this is my first post, hello!
I hope this is in the right section, move it if I made a mistake!

As of yesterday, my Facebook page appears plain white, with the text aligned left and partially off the screen. I notice a few other people have had this problem but no answers have been provided (on other forums and Youtube etc) I have; cleared all internet history (with everything ticked) and it didn't work. I have updated the browser, and even tried other ones ( I mainly use Chrome), made made sure all the histories were cleared on all browsers. I have waited 24 hours, tried refreshing the page, checked my firewall. I have no problems with any other websites at all. Other people can use their accounts on my Laptop.

I have absolutely no idea in the world what is going on.

This is what I can see.

try this: 1st clear your cookies and cache
If it doesn't work check your date and time on the bottom right side of the screen, right click on the time click adjust date/time to the date today and the exact time.

I see what your problem is, another person had the same problem as you and solved it on her own yesterday. Hope that helps and fixs your problem as well.

Moved from General to Facebook support other problems

Do check all time settings on your computer plus check to see if your Computer time is lacking in accuracy...maybe a battery problem !!!
