Help! Facebook Ads error message as general user Empty Help! Facebook Ads error message as general user

I'm set up as a General User on a colleague's Facebook Ads account. I'm supposed to have rights to create, edit, and view reports through the shared account. However, when I try creating an ad, I get the message "you do not have permission to view this page." Any workarounds?
