Fan page error ONLY when accessed by an anonymous user on m.facebook

I am really stumped on this one. I admin my company's FB page: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] and as you can see, there is an error if you are not logged in (if you're logged in, it looks a little bit weird but does show up) and on the mobile site. Anonymous users on a desktop browser can see it perfectly [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

The other page I admin is doing a similar thing now, but that is new. It was working okay when I discovered that my company page is misbehaving a few days ago.

We use QR codes to link to our FB page so this is actually a HUGE problem for us. Any info or help would be so greatly appreciated.

The codes you used may not be compatible with mobile devices.

Thanks so much for replying. I haven't used any codes that I'm aware of. Can you explain what codes I might have used and where? Any ideas about how to reverse it?

Do you mean my apps maybe? I deleted all my apps at one point and it didn't change anything. I also took myself off as admin and that also didn't do anything.

I didn't originally set up the facebook.com/mespecialists page and this function was fine a couple of weeks ago.

Any solution ideas would be amazing for me.

Hi,

I was previously referring to the pagemodo object. The code used to make that may not be compatible with mobile devices which is why the page is nearly blank.

Also, I noticed that the Friend Activity tab on your page is blank and the first page that opens when you visit the mobile site is the activity tab, which is also blank.

Hi thanks again for your thoughts. Yes, I noticed that it was not right even when you are logged in. So I deleted the pagemodo app, do you think it would take time to actually take effect? So far there's no change on the problem even after I cleared the cache etc.

But it still doesn't explain why deleting pagemodo hasn't solved the problem. Any other ideas? Thanks again!

I am now getting connection issues on the mobile page. Are you getting these as well?

Hi again. I'm not sure what you mean? That is the only place where I was getting connection issues. Do you mean you are getting connection problems when you're logged in now too? I'm not, the page still shows up when I'm logged in.

I will keep the apps off for a while and see if that helps. The other 3rd party app I have is the youtube for facebook app which I will take off for a while too.

Any other ideas? Is it possible it's a FB thing or are you pretty sure it's an app I used?

When I visit your site via a mobile device (https://m.facebook.com/mespecialists) I was getting a connection error, but it has since gone away.

Can you try deleting the Friends Activity tab?

It's weird, the friend activity tab doesn't even exist on the desktop versions of the page. So I don't even know how to get rid of it. It only appears on the mobile version. I have our page set up to go to the info page first and now I get an error even when I'm logged in on mobile when I go to the info tab.

This seems like it has to be a FB problem which is unfortunate b/c they never answer my support questions. I'm open to any suggestions though!

activity is working now in chrome when user is logged in! so is info tab. still no luck with anonymous user.
