Facebook can't be accessed

Dear Mod,

Im running a cybercafe which has a few pc, my problem is there's one of my pc cannot connect to FB due to "the site having temporarily technical problem" where's the other pc in the same network having no problem accessing the FB.

Pls advise.

What operating system are you using? What browser? What browser version is it? Do you have a wired connection or wireless?
