How do I keep group info off main news feed? Empty How do I keep group info off main news feed?

For example

I post in a group the I belong to and on the main feed it shares it will all of my friends, even if they are not part of the group. Also it shows my location on the post. I want to post so that not everyone sees what I'm posting to this group and I don't want people seeing the city that I am posting from. Please help.
