Somebody posts on my wall, but it doesn't show up in their news feed? Empty Somebody posts on my wall, but it doesn't show up in their news feed?

I am wondering if it is because of my privacy settings. I have it set to where you can't view wall posts that I make as well as my comment activity. Does that mean if somebody does either in my profile it doesn't show up on theirs?
