My account has been disabled without reason

I was talking with a friend of mine when i got a message asking me to log in again. Ok, I did and when I tried to log in I found that my account has been disabled. Then I wanted to see what happened and I got this mail:

"Upon investigation, we have determined that you are ineligible to use Facebook. Unfortunately, for safety and security reasons, we cannot provide additional information as to why your account was disabled. This decision is final."

I haven't done anything wrong. I didnt send nude pics, I didnt use nicknames, I didnt abuse anyone. Why did this happen? Is there a way to get it back?

I know, ive read that already. But i didnt break any rule, i didnt abuse, i didnt send porn or things like that. i've been researching and apparentely facebook disable accounts randomly. there are a lot of muliple accounts i see in facebook and nothing happen.
i've created another account because i needed to send something to my friend and that account has been closed too andwith the same message.

And i could see in internet that sometimes even facebook disable your account for things you haven't done.. they answer in they mailthat you have shared pòrn stuff or things like that.

Your info (contact, messages, etc) stay there right? they dont delete anything?

Yes, i have tried everything and notghing happen. I fillted forms and sent a mail to disabled, warnings and appeals

In which case I think all you can do is to now wait to hear from Facebook about this if indeed they wish to reply to you

We have no idea of how long that may take so you will need to be patient

However, if you seek to regain access to Facebook then you , like others, can create what is called a 'dummy account' on Facebook so you will still have access to its facilities but you will of course need to use a different email address than the one you currently have will Facebook
