I can download but not install toolbar for Mafia Wars. Firefox3.6 ad blocks off. Can someone help please?

It took approx. 5 times to download before the toolbar finally would appear. The downloads were successful but the bar would not appear. Then the toolbar did appear and looked available as far as the eye can see but when the health,energy etc..was available I would go to collect it from the toolbar and I would get a message that the toolbar doesn't exist, (even though I was looking right at it.) Thank you Susan Cole

May we please have a progress report on this ?

If we do not receive any reply from the OP within 3 days, we will assume this is then Solved and a Staff Member will Lock and move it to the Solved section
