I LOST my Cause Page

Hello!!
New to this forum, so hopefully I can find a solution!!!!

I had a "Cause Page" set up, and it WAS on my profile page. Now it is gone..
Also, I had a link in my 'info' section, and the link no longer works.

Any ideas?? Suggestions??

Go to Account->Application Settings->Causes->Profile->Go to Application.

Does that work?

No.. :0(.. when I go to APP SETTINGS, it just lists all the apps I used in the last month. Does not have CAUSES... :0(

Maybe you got banned or you blocked the application. Any possibilities?

no way would I have gotten banned.. It was MY cause, and it was a GOOD cause!!! Cancer research for the type of cancer I have....
If I had blocked the app, shouldnt I be able to find it in the app settings of my account???

Then go to Account->App Settings-->In the "Show:" drop-down select "Authorized". How about now?

nope... I dont understand....
its is not under causes... cancer.. md anderson. dr keating.. none of them.. and the link that USED to work,

that is on my info page, when I click on it-- I get:

I was not aware that links for causes can 'expire'??!

AND, it used to show up in my BOXES tab.....:0(

I guess I need to re-do it??? People actually donated money to MD Anderson thru that cause page, and I set it up a year and a half ago, I dont even know how to do it again!!!!

Maybe your Cause got inactive and possibly deleted...?

personally, I want to thank you so much for your help.. i have a feeling... When FB changed everything, they messed it up... and its lost forever..

when YOU click MY link, you DO get directed to the CLL page???? Why do I get an error, I wonder????

Do they automatically get deleted if its inactive for a time??

As this is so special for you, can you not (somehow)create a new one?

Try e-mailing them and let me know how it goes. Also, I've tried to find something at the Help Center [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] but had no luck Maybe you can have a look too?

if we cant find it, yup!! I think I will have to!!!

I just hope I can remember how!!!! Maybe i will do a group page, instead. They seem to be easier to do.. I dont know.. I was hoping that would be a last resort... and that it could be found somewhere!!!

It took me like 2 minutes to get on that page.

I tried the various HELP pages, but have not found anything remotely close... thanks for the email-- i will try that first.. Then, if no luck, will go about building a new one!!! Its sad, I had about 85 people on there.....
Oh well!!!! It is what it is!!!
I DO care so much, because they truly are the BEST Medical Center and my CLL dr is literally the BEST dr in the world for CLL research.. he developed the regime he put me on, and without him, I dont think I would have beaten it!!! My brother died of the same thing in 2005.. But he did not have the resources I do.... I count my blessings!!!!! :0)

When you get there, do you see a Colonel Sanders looking guy and a short brown haired girl??? thats me and Dr Keating!!!! and can you see all the info on there, as well?????

Awesome ! I have no idea... it just went to that page for me. Do you have another account to test it? Maybe it's just your account.

I can view the page while logged out of Facebook

Can YOU access it/open it ? ?
