My page has 'lost' likes it still has

I have a page that has just started and has 11 likes by people but on the quickmenu on the left where it tells you what pages your page has liked and how many likes it has it says i only have 4, 4 pages have liked my page but it says 4 people have when i clearly have 11.
Sometimes if i log out then back in again it goes back to 11 but if i go off the page and back on again its back to 4

I'm convinced it isn't a problem with my account aswell because if i log out and view the page it still says 4
