Posting limit

Why must we post a minimum of 10 posts in order to PM an administrator? To me, it would make sense to be able to PM an administrator at any time deemed necessary.

As for the PM's, it's set on posts because it's happened that spammers came here to use PM's to spam, since Staff cannot read them, for privacy reasons.

The reason is to prevent spammers, usually spammers will come on the site and send multiple PM's that maybe harmful, inappropriate, or annoying advertisements. Since spammers can't PM stuff like that they usually post it, then the thread gets trashed and the user gets banned ^_^
