Cannot access Facebook account
I have the same problem also .. i use private computer which has the updated antivirus software .. pls help .. i have very important data in my facebook inbox ..

Anyone get any response from the facebook team ? I wrote to facebook team and posted the screen to them but didnt get any update from them

I believe this is the only way to have a "conversation" with them, though it definitely should be better. I received response in about two hours, and I already can log in.

I can say that I have conversation with FB team using the first one. I just sent them a message from my email address associated with my FB account directly, not through any form on [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

I believe this is NOT auto-response. I also replied to the second one receiving similar answer. Well, it's still not what I expected, but let's say these emails work. Problem is resolved.
